On November 22, 2020 China Robot Industry Development Conference opened in Qingdao. C&U as a member of the China Robot Industry Alliance, was invited to participate in this conference and exhibited a series of special bearings for industrial robots, which attracted great attention from leaders and industry personnel from all walks of life, and recognized and praised C&Us contribution in the bearing industry.
During the exhibition, leaders of the China Robot Industry Alliance and the heads of member companies came to the C&U booth to visit and exchange, carefully understand the product performance of C&U bearings, asked for sample information, and expressed the need for further in-depth cooperation.
The China Robot Industry Development Conference is an annual conference sponsored by the China Robot Industry Alliance (CRIA). It has been successfully held for eight sessions since 2012. With the theme of "Respond to New Challenges, Embrace New Technologies, and Seize New Opportunities", this conference set up development conferences, entrepreneur summits, keynote reports and other sections to share cooperation opportunities, explore cooperation paths, and focus on the main problems of the robotics industry development to continue to promote cross-field cooperation to build Chinas robot industry ecosystem.
Jiang Lei, major customer manager of C&U, attended the symposium and shared that the company’s strategy: focusing on technological self-reliance and green development, strengthening industrial chain cooperation, promoting resource complementarity. Those actions have achieved various business indicators to grow against the trend.
In this exhibition, C&U attended the meeting with special bearings for industrial robots. The main exhibits and application industries are: RV reducer and harmonic reducer (robot) bearings, which adopt anti-friction and environmental protection design, with low friction torque, low temperature rise, high rigidity, excellent performance of long life, and low noise, small torque, high transmission accuracy, and are easy to install. Industrial robot cross roller bearings- can withstand large axial and radial combined loads, while having excellent rotation accuracy. AGV slewing bearings-can withstand the axial, radial and overturning direction of the combined torque, with stable rotation. High-speed miniature bearings-high precision and fast speed, the maximum speed can reach 450,000 rpm. High-precision miniature bearings-minimum ID of 1mm. C&U also exhibited servo motor bearings and tapered bearings for reducers.
