In recent years, Chinas rail transit industry has achieved rapid development, with huge market scale and development prospects. As a research unit for the serialization of high-end bearings for Chinas standard subway trains, C&U comprehensively carried out design, simulation analysis, testing, as well as key technical breakthroughs such as bearing rings, rolling elements, cages, seals, special materials, special heat treatment, and special processes.Until now, C&U has completed the development and testing of axle box bearings, gearbox bearings, traction motor bearings, cooling fan bearings and other series of bearings, and made an application contribution to the development of the first China’s standard subway train.
