The technology center was approved as a national recognized enterprise technology center in 2015, and has a technical R & D team led by multiple doctors and senior engineers. C&U technology center consists of Automotive Bearing Research Office, Industrial Bearing Development Department, Ball Bearing Development Department, Parts Development Department, Material R&D Department, Precision Inspection Room, Metrology and Measuring Center, Test Department, Technical Service Department, Pilot Workshop, General Management Department. At the same time, the technical center has set up regional R&D sub-centers at home and abroad, as well as post-doctoral research stations and joint development centers for production, education and research. Focusing on multiple key fields such as precision silent bearings, automotive bearings and equipment manufacturing bearings, a multi-level innovative team combining old, middle-aged and young people under the leadership of professional experts has been formed. R&D’s research on rolling bearing vibration, noise, sealing, lubrication, life, etc. is at the leading level domestically and has achieved a large number of application results in the key process of bearing, key parts and technology research and development. C&U has mastered and owned a number of core technologies for bearing manufacturing and established industry-leading product structure parameter database, bearing failure analysis database, bearing technology information database and other basic bearing technology databases.
In order to adhere to the integration of basic research, applied research and industrialization research, and form independent intellectual property rights, the technology center has designated the overall goal of "based on existing fields, aiming at strategic emerging industries, leading the technological upgrading of high-end precision, high-speed and heavy-load bearings in China ". In recent years, C&U has successfully developed extreme design technology, ultra-high speed, ultra-long life, special heat treatment and other technologies, which has made a series of major research achievements in challenging the limits of traditional bearing technology. At present, C&U technology center independently develops more than 1,300 new bearing products each year and has been authorized with more than 470 national patents.
